L&rsquo;alambic fut d&rsquo;abord utilis\u00e9 pour fabriquer des&nbsp;eaux florales, des&nbsp;huiles essentielles&nbsp;ou des m\u00e9dicaments, avant de permettre la production d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eau-de-vie\">eaux-de-vie<\/a>&nbsp;par distillation de jus de fruits ferment\u00e9s<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Alambic#cite_note-forbes-1\">1<\/a><\/sup>. Le type le plus ancien qui nous soit parvenu date de&nbsp;3500&nbsp;<abbr title=\"3500 avant J\u00e9sus-Christ\">av. J.-C<\/abbr><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/3500_av._J.-C.\"><abbr title=\"3500 avant J\u00e9sus-Christ\">.<\/abbr><\/a>&nbsp;et provient du site m\u00e9sopotamien de&nbsp;Tepe Gawr<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tepe_Gawra\">a<\/a>&nbsp;au Nord de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Irak\">Irak<\/a><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Alambic#cite_note-Pierre_Germa_page_19-2\">2<\/a><\/sup>. On trouve la plus vieille mention d&rsquo;un alambic sur une tablette&nbsp;babylonienne&nbsp;en&nbsp;cun\u00e9iforme&nbsp;vers&nbsp;1200&nbsp;<abbr title=\"1200 avant J\u00e9sus-Christ\">av. J.-C.<\/abbr><sup>3<\/sup>. Cette tablette mentionne \u00e9galement&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tapputi\">Tapputi<\/a>, une parfumeuse babylonienne consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la toute premi\u00e8re chimiste<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Alambic#cite_note-4\">4<\/a><\/sup>. Pos\u00e9s sur des remorques,  jadis tir\u00e9s par des chevaux, itin\u00e9rants, ils bougent de villages en villages au gr\u00e9 des demandes, des saisons et des r\u00e9coltes. Plus fr\u00e9quemment, ils sont install\u00e9s \u00e0 demeure  dans des remises ou des d\u00e9pendances \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart, ce sont souvent les alambics de villages. On appelle bouilleurs de crus, la profession des gestionnaires d&rsquo;alambics.  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em><strong>Tout ceci est bien s\u00fbr tr\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9. Il faut ma\u00eetriser parfaitement  le feu et donc,  la temp\u00e9rature de cuisson des fruits, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que la distillation soit parfaite. L&rsquo;alcool termin\u00e9 doit conserver et rendre les parfums des fruits utilis\u00e9s.
